Long term renter of over 13 years now. Going downhill again. When you try to talk to management about problems with other renters they treat you like your mentally impaired. Refuse to listen then by talking over you then tell you how your "imagining things". When you say ok and leave they tell you to "have a good day" as if they didn't just completely insult and belittle you.

Great place to move in! Even if you just moved here to Oregon. The area is well maintained , people are friendly ,as well as the staff and maintenance. If you have a child or a pet they have parks and place for you animal.
Sean took over management there and the property has been extremely well maintained. Sean is easily accessible if I ever need anything he is always happy to help. The property is looking amazing and better than ever!
