Parkgrove is magical! I loved living here!
Every time there is a game at the stadium you will have nowhere to park even though you pay rent to live here
Apartments are great no issues with the neighbors and management is very responsive and respectful.
I've lived her for 6 months now and they are the most disrespectful staff I've met. They do not warn you of "youth groups" (full of mexicans) sitting in your yard all summer for 4 hours a day in the morning. When I wake up I walk my dog. The closest dog poop trash is right next to my door and where the "youth group" is. When I complained about them sitting in the walkway (it makes it very hard to walk my dog) I got "they're not hurting anyone you're fine" in the past 2 years they have raised their rent 400 dollars. Having moved here in May, we are just now beginning to appreciate the many benefits of living at Parkgrove Apartments. Price and location are the first two that come to mind. We also appreciate the design of the buildings and the layout of the landscaped grounds around us. Close to shopping and healthcare. Overall a great place to live!
