Love it just wish there wasn't so much bugs outside like bees wasps and hornets mainly wasps
Expensive rent, parking can be pretty tricky if u are visiting- very sparse.
Long term renter if over 13 years now. New Management is really improving things around the complex. My favorite thing here is the beautiful grounds where there is always something blooming from spring to fall. Starts with Cherry Blossoms and moves to rhododendrons and azaleas of every color! By far the nicest apartments I've lived in in over 40 years of renting. New property manager is a lot more level headed than the other ones. I think he will make this place a lot better over time. Old management did not seem to care very much
Ant infestation!! Moved In November started noticing ants mid January have contacted the office multiple times they are no help. Its about to be the beginning of march and the office has yet to get pest control out here. Over all horrible experience.
