Even after double checking to ensure my pharmacy information had been updated, my prescriptions were sent to my previous pharmacy, and it was for an urgent 7 day anti viral treatment on a Friday before the long weekend. The office phone already had an out of office on when I called at 4:07 even though they close at 4:30 so I could not confirm with them the prescriptions were indeed sent to a wrong pharmacy until the following Tuesday. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Walton-Knight’s since 2009. She has always been patient, answered my questions, and listened to my concerns and/or theories. Lisa, her MOA, is kind, friendly and professional. I feel lucky to have them!

I love Dr. Walton-Knight more than I can say! She has recently brought on a Dr named Tiffany, I saw her 6-8 weeks ago for some personal issues. She was so warm and welcoming, we spent time talking about my concerns and she said she’d be happy to follow up with me. I went for a 2nd appt today. She’s lovely, so optimistic and approachable. We reviewed my issues and did an in depth survey and summary of how I’m doing. She consulted with one of the Drs in the practice and came up with a pro-active plan to get me back on track. If you don't mind waiting a month for your actual appointment, this is the clinic for you! Clearly they have too large of a patient load. You're better off going to Park & Tilford clinic, or one of the many clinics elsewhere that allows you to book an appointment online for the same day.
