A man was murdered out here last night. I don't feel safe when I'm here. Nobody is enforcing any quality of life concerns, ppl blast music all day and night. They cant keep staff. KC we have to do better.
Been here 4 yrs now all the sudden we have to pay rent by a app 10 dollar fee to pay rent and you can only pay what they say u owe then they come after you for not paying rent when it's the app that don't work. The manger shows favoritism you cant go above her head with compliments no one to go to I really want to talk to someone over her head she sucks at her job
Been here 4 yrs now there charging 50 dollars for not picking up dog shit 50 dollars fine for imperfect blinds vertical blinds on horizontal windows 35 a pice for mini blinds each 50 dollar or higher fines they will fine you for anything and everything they force you to pay for mini blinds not leaving us a choice I'm on disability I can't afford it laundry room requires credit cards. this place is ridiculous. you pay app fee and get approved only to have the apartment taken from up under you for someone else who applied after you. told management we were on the way to pay deposit and because someone walked in with a deposit 30 mins before we got there now its gone. that's trashy business.
