I have been living in Parkfield apartment for over 4 years. I really like living here, airport, highways and all the shops and shopping centers are very close and convenient. The maintenance team is just wonderful, any problem is solved immediately. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and always ready to help. Parkfield is the worst apartments. Jessica a employee that use to work at these apartments got my husband and I to sign a lease which we thought was only a 9 month lease to find out after moving out that they are charging us for braking the 1 year lease. I would not recommend anyone to live at these apartments they convince you to lease with them so that at the end can charge you 1,400 and not return the deposit for a mistake that an employee made.
