Such low-level service. The office staff is never kind or helpful, and they make you feel like you are not important at all. I really wish the people working at Parkfairfax Condominium were more helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about their jobs.
No me gustó nada
Changing my rating because PPX charges an extortion in HOA fees, and demands to have keys to your property for maitence, but in the dead of winter they change their lockout policy, and won't give you YOUR spare key - instead suggesting (read:forcing) you to spend around $300 for an emergency lockout. Amazing neighborhood to live in, dog friendly, kid friendly, so warm and welcoming, filled with beautiful gardens and cherry blossom trees.
