Over 10 years ago we used Parkey's to install our AC unit, so here I am a decade later calling them up because they are the only company I had ever used in COS, and I figured since it was an okay experience then...I am sure it would be now, while we are having issues in our new home. Chris came out today to repair our AC unit, he wore a mask and was exceptionally courteous, answered all questions. Wonderful customer service! this is the first time we had used Parkey's, we would highly recommend them to others! Thank You Chris!
We had an emergency water leak, 2.5 years ago, and Eric was dispatched. He is a "master" plumber and, to date, has worked with us on a complete plumbing update, a home renovation, a boiler and other miscellaneous plumbing challenges. I have always requested Eric because of his plumbing knowledge and familiarity with our house... My recommendation would be to call Parkeys and request him for all plumbing needs. 😀
Tom came and replaced my furnace and added Air Conditioning on January 2. He and his crew were thorough, kind, and kept me informed of all the steps in their progress. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They weren't the cheapest, but they are head and shoulders above some of the other contractors I had come out to give me a quote. You get what you pay for!
