All staff are honestly wonderful except one receptionist; Jane/June (I couldn’t quite hear correctly). I was informed by the doctor AND pathologist that I would be able to call the morning after bloodwork to confirm a pregnancy and an appointment was not needed as it was a relatively quick test. Jane/June answered my call and spent around ten minutes arguing with me as well as calling me a liar when I gave her my details and what I was calling for.
