Run far and fast!! If there were a minus rating, I would use a rating as far down as it could go. I spent thousands of dollars for roofing and they won't return or take my calls. Forget coming back to fix their HUGE errors.
They rip people off. Shame on them.

we are still waiting for them to finish the job. its been 2 months. we call everyday and get the same run around. customer service is non existent. they are cheap and you get what you pay for. don't hire them
We had a horrible experience with Parkersburg roofing and construction! I would not recommend them to anyone. John the owner told us our roof would be done in 3 days and it took a month before it was completely finish and our yard was cleaned up. They didn't bring a trash bin to put trash in so they laid a tarp in our yard and threw everything into it. They left cigarette butts and drinks all around the house. A+!!! We used Parkersburg Roofing & Construction to replace our roof. They were excellent! Good communication, good value, they left the site spotless, and worked quickly. We had them remove our chimney box so they rebuilt a section of the roof too. We would highly recommend them. Our project manager was very professional and provided good customer service and was genuinely concerned with our needs.
We were very impressed with the service call done by your repairman, on VERY short notice. We called in the late afternoon and he was here to fix our problem later that evening. We are still very happy long time customers.
Parkersburg Roofing & Construction were very helpful in several projects finished at our home. The first issue that they took on was getting our roof installed. It was damaged last year in a wind storm. The insurance process had stalled out and he assisted us by engaging with the insurance company and advocating for us.
The roof they have put on my home continues to serve me well. It has been nice to work with a long established family company and know that they will take care of there customers.
