Excellent. Answered all my concerns and questions about my surgery. Seemed she was eager to make my feel at ease.
I really appreciated the tone and assistance provided yesterday at this office for my arm. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! I would have like to View my X-Rays, as Requested, but that was ignored and didn’t happen. It helps me understand me better. Other than that, and being made to wait for over an hour, the experience was exceptional! Thanks.
