Kristen was spectacular to work with. She helped walk me through my different options to repair my wedding rings and make the best, most financially sound, long view decision. She was patient, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They ultimately were able to get the work done in less time than they anticipated and the rings looked like they did 25 years ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Outstanding local business to work with!
My daughter is having her first baby, and I wanted to order a beauitul gold rocking horse charm that wasn’t going to make it in time. Their master jeweler actually CARVED one out of a block of gold! Priceless!!! And so thoughtful! I will be back!
