Kim was very efficient in analyzing the issues with my diamond ring since the diamond came out n had fallen on our hardwood floor. I had taken the ring to another jeweler n they didn’t set the diamond back in correctly….. Karat Patch repaired the ring to perfection!!! I have received several pieces of jewelry from their store for Christmas and mega compliments on every item. Definitely go by n shop their store and you will be so excited about all the beautiful pieces!
