What an amazing store to work with! As a younger person, I was very intimidated, but Kristen was patient, kind, and very respectful! All around an amazing experience and I will be going back.
I had a wonderful experience having two rings repaired at Karat Patch. One was a simple repair and don’t very quickly. The second was a family ring which needed to be rebuilt as the stone had become detached. They came up with a new design that held in the stone much better and rebuilt the ring with matching white gold. It’s beautiful and I will be wearing it often and happily handing it down when the time comes. Thank you!

The service that I received from Kristan and Her staff was exemplary. My wedding ring was completely restored and even looks better than it Did 30 years ago! They chose a beautiful replacement stone for me, also offered free bubble bath ring cleaning for the future. Nice folks. Go there.
