To begin with - I contacted another provider and just felt like I was being gouged with the price. I spoke with Archie Parker abd explained what was happening- he came out provided a free estimate of what I needed and guess what? It was about a third of the other guy! Then Josh and his team came and disconnected the old AC unit and replaced with the new one. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with the technician (Troy) that Parkers sent out. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Had a great experience: our problem was thoroughly dealt with and restored to working condition.
Can't say enough good things about these guys. Was quoted double the price what I paid Parkers by some people to replace my A/C unit. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations.
