Fast forward 5 years...I called Parker's for a second opinion on whether to repair or replace this unit. Troy came out to look at it and was, as usual, very friendly and personable. We agreed that it was time to replace it. He called the office for a quote, and came in $2800 less than the other guy! Could not ask for better service and professional work. Parker's was quick to respond to a call regarding my 20 year old a/c not cooling. They were very transparent about the problems and why a new unit was recommended. In the meantime, got the unit cooling until a new unit could be installed. The installation went very smoothly and couldn't ask for more professionalism from their guys. Have always used them for service and will continue.
