I went to Parker's on Memorial and ordered a whole chicken white meat and they gave me a whole chicken with dark meat. I live in Rocky Mount work in Greenville, called them and they told me TO BRING THE DARK MEAT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. I LEFT THE CHICKEN IN THE CAR ALL DAY AND TOOK IT BACK. THEY GAVE ME TWO BREAST AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR MESSING UP MY ORDER. Had to wait 20 minutes for a small order, 2 bbq dinners and 2 sandwiches, while 10 cars have came and went in the drive through.
