I've eaten at Parker's Barbecue since I was a little kid. At first at the original Parker's in Wilson and now most often at Parker's #2 in Greenville on Memorial Drive since I live close to it. Parker's still has the best fried chicken I've ever eaten and the Barbecue is some of the best in Eastern NC next to Bill Ellis in Wilson. The sides are awesome! If you want some truly good pork barbecue, Parker's is the place to go.
