Being a new snowbird I read reviews before making an appointment. My wife and I spent our careers her a cardiac ICU Nurse and I a Paramedic with flightmedic time. I just need to say I'm impressed with your Parker clinic! Receptionist was very polite and pleasant! Nurse that checked me in was very polite and professional! Along with your PA! I'm very happy to give each and everyone of you praise that you earned from me! Hold your heads up and continue to be great! Thank you all!!!
Went in to get my knee checked out, by the time I could get an appointment the swelling had gone away. I wanted an MRI done on it, they said they would check with my Insurance and call me. Although I am paying them to help me, they said if you don't hear from us in 10 days give us a call. Long story short, checked with my insurance company, no requests from them, I haven't heard from them and it has been over three weeks.
