This was a dehumanizing experience. I went to the clinic and was asked by the front desk if I wanted to wait to see Staci Page or see the nurse practitioner immediately. I did not think my problem was complicated so I agreed to see the NP. Kathleen, the NP, came into the room and told me I had diabetes. I came in 12/29/25 with what I thought was shingles (severe nerve pain in my elbow). Staci Page was professional and friendly, as was Aivy at the front desk. It took several visits and phone sessions during January and into February, adjusting medications, but I started sleeping without pain a couple of weeks ago. Been fighting a terrible cough for a week. This place calls itself a "walk in clinic" I walked in at 11:30 and was promptly told they close for lunch from noon to one and that nobody could see me until 3:30. Doesn't really sound like walk in service to me! 💩
Horrible! Waited 2+ hours. Provider Cathy did nothing she said she would. No urinalysis, no call back. Rude, aggressive and shared no information when we called her. Hung up on us twice!! Clinic will be paid for zero services provided. Avoid her!!
