I’ve had a great experience living at Parker Street Apartments. The place is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Anytime there’s an issue, Ismail is always available and ready to help. He’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s reassuring to know that if anything comes up, he’s there to handle it quickly. Highly recommend this place!
Been living here 4 months now and have no complaints. Landlords are nice and reasonable. Whenever there was a minor issue it was quickly resolved.
Had really good experiences with the maintenance guy Ishmael who was prompt and friendly.
The service in these apartments is very good. Whenever I call Ishmail, he comes immediately to solve any problem I have and I am very satisfied. They are really punctual and responsible.
I love living here, in part because the apartment manager is great -- attentive, efficient, pleasant, competent, and respectful of tenants. The apartments are cozy and quiet; each has gorgeous views of the courtyard and trees around the perimeter. I consider myself fortunate to be here.
