Nice quiet area. Nice clean apartment
Had a problem with my shower not only retaining water while I was showering but today I experienced my tub back up when the tenant upstairs shut his water off. Ismail came right away, went and bought a powerful drain cleaner and the problem was solved! Outstanding!! He even stopped by later in the day to check to make sure everything was working properly. His fast response and his ability to fix the problem was greatly appreciated!!
This is a great place to live. The property manager, Ismail, is always fast to respond, and takes care of any issues right away. It’s a very quiet area with plenty of parking. I’m especially looking forward to the summer so I can enjoy the pool!"
My wife and I lived there for over 2 years and we enjoyed our time there for the most part, aside from the few things in the unit that needed to be fixed were had a very pleasant time. Ismael was amazing and was great with our kids. He made an effort to be communicative with them and be kind to them. Every time he would see them he would make a funny face or talk to them in a funny manner. He was a constant bright spot in the community. Ismael was great and so was our experience
My fiancé and I’s experience at Parker apartments has been a great experience. It is quiet, clean, well maintained. And overall peaceful. As well the on site maintenance has been above and beyond. He is always able to give a hand when needed. Always assisting other residents. As well as the rest of the management team has been wonderful. Truly thankful for the experience at Parker!😊.
