Parker and his team were fantastic! They showed us plenty of Branson properties within our price range, and knew the areas very well. But the real value was in Parker's connections. We were working with a broker, and in the end the broker couldn't get the deal done, despite our excellent credit and large down payment. We were stuck on the day of closing without a deal. Parker and his team made it happen all in 30 days from list to close! His team is professional and caring and most importantly responsive. I had both a timeline and sales price to meet and my expectations were exceeded. Parker is very knowledgeable and effective in the Branson market. I would hire the Parker team again for sure!
