I have been a member of Legal Shield since 2005(over 15 years). I was an executive director for the company that used Parker Stanbury as their primary law firm. I ran one of 2 business briefings in all of San Diego promoting Legal Shield. I say all that to say I've been here longer than most of the attorneys on staff. I have had very good experiences with Parker Stanbury but as soon as Harland Stoncipher passed away(2014) and Legal shield was sold(2018), the customer service has been absolutely horrible. I have had the absolute worst experiences with this company. They used to be decent about five years ago, and now are just a major waste of money and time. I attempted a referral for a family law attorney while dealing with a dangerous divorce case in a situation I was desperately trying to get out of. Parker Stanbury stated they couldn't take on the case bc of a conflict of interest because my ex previously had an account for a month several months ago.
