We signed a contract for a new garage roof in April and made a payment for the materials the same month. Since then we’ve had promises, apologies, and excuses. Two months ago Mr. Parker simply stopped responding to emails. He also ignored my husband’s request that for the return of our deposit. No integrity here; Where to turn next?
This company takes on way more work than they can handle. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t call back, lies about when they are going to do the work, never shows up. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They obviously know how to manipulate the google reviews because all I have ever heard is bad from this company.
I highly recommend Parker roofing and exteriors! They did a great job replacing our gutters and removing an old covering we had over our back patio. We look forward to working with them in the future on more home improvement projects.
I had water pouring in a back room of my rental house and called Parker Roofing. They went and repaired SAME DAY - in the snow! I have used them in the past and will definitely be using them in the future!
Very responsive, professional, and knows their stuff! I had another local company do a very poor install on roof/gutters, and Parker came to inspect everything for me as I had concerns with moisture inside my home. Matt immediately found numerous areas of concern, which were exactly where I was having issues with excessive moisture inside the home. Will be using them for the repairs + any future work needed as well. Highly recommend!
