This place takes forever!!!! Plan to wait over a good 2 hours even if you’re on time to your appointment. They say the doctor Dr. Jeremy A Busch likes to talk a lot and that’s why he’s running so far behind but when we see him he’s rushing through the appointment because he’s so far behind. He definitely needs to work on his time management skills.

Front office was very unorganized. I had several issues in which front office never admitted their mistakes and let my authorization for treatment expired. I wasted my time for over 3 months with this office. Do yourself a favor and get help somewhere else.

If it was possible to put a negative I would. This is the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever been to. First they are going to make you wait 4 months to get an appointment. Rob is about 300 years old so it takes him that long to get the the office. Once you get an appointment time be ready to wait around 2-3 hours in the waiting room for him to look at your foot. I will never go back. I recommend anyone who is thinking about visiting to just cut your foot off in order to avoid visiting this A@# hole
