Parker Rd Automotive is where I take my wife's car and my truck! For maintenance and repair. Mike is super cool, knowledgable and patient when explaining what's going on with our vehicles. He went out of his way to deal with our warranty at CarMax, who was not very helpful mind you when I spoke with them. This isn't a large franchise shop with new mechanics every time you stop in - that's what drew me to Parker Rd Automotive. It's the same 3 guys every time I go. I got my car taken care of at Parker automotive in Wylie. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mike was amazing at keeping me in the loop on everything every step of the way & breaking it down into terms I would understand. Day or night I heard from him on status. Not only was he super efficient and fixed things Chrysler didn’t even mention he did it very quickly and was within my budget. I have my forever mechanic and would recommend anyone to go use him!
