Not only does he have more knowledge about the local Cache Valley area than anyone else I talked with prior to buying my home, but was able to educate us on schools and neighbourhoods in our search but all local events and other things I never even considered. Lance was fabulous! He helped my husband and I find our first home! We were not living in the area at the time and when we met him the first time we told him what we were looking for, what our price range was, and what area we'd like.
