Rent from LITERALLY anywhere else. Renting from Parker Real Estate Management was genuinely a nightmare. There’s so much I could say, but I’ll focus on the worst parts. Unsafe, Unresponsive, and Unfit to Manage Housing Renting from Parker Real Estate has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property I lived in was plagued by serious safety, maintenance, and legal violations—many of which were formally documented not just by me, but also by the City of Bloomington. Rented a house in Bloomington for 1 year managed by Parker Real Estate. It was the worst experience I’ve had in my 7 years of renting. A couple examples of how poor management is: The fridge broke and was not fixed for OVER 3 WEEKS. Kept calling for a maintenance update and was never given helpful information.
