Extremely disappointed in the appraisal work done for our refinance on our mortgage. Obviously they didn't use the right comps. Realtor.com, Redfin.com, and Zillow.com all valued our home $20,000 to $35,000 more than this company's appraisal. This company also submitted the appraisal untimely.
