Home warranty sent this company and if you get them ask for someone else. They were extremely rude and unprofessional to me as the customer! Yelled at customer to meet their needs not the customers. There are much nicer and much friendly plumbing companies out there. Do yourself a favor and call another one.
Used this company through my home warranty. If they try to send this company, do yourself a favor and request another company. Technicians lie and office staff is incompetent. I was originally told that a part would be ordered for my running toilet. It was never ordered. I followed up weeks later, technician then reported the necessary piece as missing.
