THE FIRST TEHNICIAN SENT BY PARKER PEARCE FAILED TO IDENTIFY OR SOLVE A THERMOSTAT PROBLEM BUT MR. MAY WAS ANALYTIC, EFFICIENT, AND EFFECTIVE. HE IS A FINE REP. OF THE FIRM. Technician forwarded a reminder the day prior to scheduled visit. ,on scheduled day he called 30 minutes prior to visit. Pricing was provided by very knowledgeable before work was started. Extremely pleased with resolved plumbing issues .

We had our water heater and whole home humidifier installed by Parker Pearce. The techs, James and Carlton did a great job. We had a little hiccup finishing the humidifier due to parts delays, but once the delays were acknowledged, Parker Pearce made sure the installation was finished. Would still recommend Parker Pearce, their techs are knowledgeable, friendly and fast.
