Had their service plan. They would check the voltage, then spend 15-20 minutes trying to sell me plans and a new unit. They would just check off the all the checkboxes without doing any of the work. This company is a scam. Don't ever use them. They are extremely over priced and don't do their job. This place should be investigated for fraud.

Technicians are standard and knowledgeable. The paperwork, contract process, and closing out the work is a huge headache. Avoid at all cost and go with a smaller HVAC group/company. Longer review below and I tried to structure the time line of events. I’m not knowledgeable of HVAC industry so please bare that in mind. Initial meeting/consult 1. I'm very happy with the excellent plumbing attention we've been getting from James Morgan at Parker Pearce: 1. James fixed a clog in our kitchen sink that required the "big gun" machinery when the "blast of air" gun would not do the trick; 2. James also immediately solved a repeated problem with an outdoor drain that was not draining, threatening to back up into our basement level. Yay! Kudos to Parker Pearce for bringing James on board for all things to do with Plumbing.

Monty and coworker were dedicated to get the job done, including running to the shop to get unexpected spare parts. My sink pipes were unclogged, cleaned, and pipe work redone perfectly. In addition, the water flow is now much bigger coming out of the faucet. Highly recommend them!
