Poor customer services, bad experience setting up the service appointment, receiving estimates, and salesman tried to sell a service that was not needed. There are better service providers available in the Montgomery county area.
I cannot say enough great things about James Morgan from Parker Pearce Service Experts! James helped us with a complex Hydraulic Pump Replacement, which included installing a new check valve, fittings, and electrical materials. This was a complex job so James is a total life saver. Had a positive experience with my technician, Chen. He was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to tell me what was wrong in a timely manner and get it repaired quickly. He also taught me how maintenance tips to prevent my drain pipe from clogging. Highly recommend Chen!
Hey Frederick and Montgomery County Peeps: Aaron and Tim came out here and very quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, (which tend to fail in hot weather). Fixed everything, changed filter in the air handler, cleaned condensate line and gave me assorted tips and tricks. I signed up for an annual HVAC service plan that included an annual plumbing inspection and was competitively priced! I called Parker Pearce Service on 08Jul25, Aaron and his team were able to come out the next day and service my AC unit. They fixed my unit in about 20 minutes. The technicians were knowledgeable, hard working and very helpful, they were able to reprogram my nest thermostat so that it wouldn’t automatically turn on and run unexpectedly. This will allow me to save money on my electric bill. I would highly recommend this company.
