A toilet would not shut off when refilling. Monte quickly identified the issue and successfully replaced the faulty part. This necessitated sawing a pipe by hand which gave him quite the workout. Despite the challenges, Monte maintained a cheerful and friendly demeanor throughout. I obtained a discount as I am a member of the annual service plan. Very pleased.
2024: Pedro did a great job diagnosing and repairing our AC. Appreciated! 2025: Bladimir did a great job with our seasonal HVAC service. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was working great.
Chen arrived on time and did a great job repairing our air conditioner. He is a very knowledgeable, helpful and kind person.
**Edit to update after a frustrating 4 months** Hired Parker Pierce to install a new heat pump. When they first install the heat pump they failed to install the proper thermostat, so the first week or so (after spending tens of thousands of dollars on a heat pump) we didn't have heat, which was a middle of a extreme January freeze. Now summer heat is hitting, and it appears as though the cooling function of our heat pump isn't working, and it's going to be 5+ days until they can get a technician out to look at it.
