Went because ins covered. After 2 tries glasses are worse than 1st try. Do not recommend if you have prism in your prescription, they can't get it right. Had to go to real eye doctor. Was rushed through exam both times by Parker. Worn glasses going on 75 yrs. worst encounter (outside of VA) to date. Not recommended.

I have been wearing glasses my whole life and this was the fastest examination I've ever had it was a joke. The new glasses I got are blurry except for very close up. Parker plante obviously wants to move as many people through with out care when I went back he got mad and just used my old prescription. The eye exam was a complete waste of time and money no refunds.

Dr. Parker Plante is an excellent doctor. He listens to your concerns. He takes the time to explain any eye conditions that you may have ensuring your understanding before you leave his office. He is polite, respectful and skillful. His staff at both his Largo and St. Petersburg offices are respectful, professional and very helpful, as well.
