In response to your comment- my review is based on my experience. I guess with 4 in glasses and always loyal to this location having spent thousands over the years, I had hoped for understanding or compassion. Instead I felt I was given abrasive attitude and my son even left saying they always make him feel like an inconvenience. Just the final straw and we will be moving our business elsewhere.
Starting off positive, the optometry side of this business is excellent and professional! 5/5 But the eyewear side used to be good a few years back and has since declined precipitously. Through a series of mistakes and ZERO callbacks, I was left waiting for over a month before (on my fourth visit with no results) they seemed perfectly content with my comment that I'd be going to check Costco's glasses selection, instead.
Excellent care provided at this clinic. Top notch equipment and products combined with friendly and knowledgeable staff!
