Excellent service, they squeezed me in on short notice and managed to piece together 2 identical damaged pairs into one until my new ones came in! Couldn't be happier with the experience here
I have been with Parker for over two decades, the staff are consistently welcoming and knowledgeable.
In response to your comment- my review is based on my experience. I guess with 4 in glasses and always loyal to this location having spent thousands over the years, I had hoped for understanding or compassion. Instead I felt I was given abrasive attitude and my son even left saying they always make him feel like an inconvenience. Just the final straw and we will be moving our business elsewhere.
