Why would not have your hours of operation on your website? And if it is hidden somewhere on your website, why would you do that? I didn’t realize how many negative reviews you have. If it’s one or two, you can kinda dismiss it. But damn, you have a lot.
Even though they sell you a product i.e. tankless water heater and install it, they will not service it it you don't use their propane. Bad way to do business. The reason we stopped using their propane was because it was to high. This is just another reason why I am so glad we which. I feel bad for the people that continue to use this company.
Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful She also hung up on me twice because I was tellin her about my concerns of not receiving my gas allotment when I know for a fact they had applied it in the past I tried to explain thos and I was rudely hung up on by the lady that answered my call twice This is not good business
Parker Oil is the best and has always exceeded expectations!
I prefer to deal with local small businesses and Parker Oil is just that. They cover a wide are but still local and small enough to give that personalized service.
