Hands down the best propane company I’ve worked with. Liz, Kim, and Lexi are always so helpful, and the delivery drivers are reliable and great to work with. Deliveries are always on time. I recommend them to anyone.....they really feel like family!
Parker Oil has been our fuel provider for 25+ years. Gasoline, diesel fuel and propane. We recently needed a propane tank installation outside of our home location which involved the South Hill office. Amazing coordination between our home office in Suffolk and the South Hill office. Thank you Kevin, Liz and Kim in Suffolk as well as Amy, Mandy, Landon and T J in South Hill!! Our tank is installed, filled, leak tested and ready to use. You guys are the best!!
Many thanks to the Parker Oil team for a fantastic service experience! During the last frigid cold snap we ran out of propane. The entire team couldn’t have been nicer or more professional in helping solve our problem in filling our tank back up within hours of my call. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with this company. Without any prior notice, warning, or contact attempt, they entered my backyard while I was away and repossessed my propane tank — leaving me with no gas for my stove or fireplace and no way to heat or cook in my home. When I purchased my house, I was never informed that I was obligated to purchase fuel exclusively through Parker Oil Co. Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional. They took over a month to install the gas line to my generator. In addition they changed over $600.00 more than they quoted to do the job.
