There is no customer service sales team at this location 🙄 no call back. You can not build a business on no customer service sales team. Soooo sad
My experience was great with everybody I dealt with there. I purchased a 1,000 gallon propane tank and they had it in stock when nobody else did. They were helpful when I had questions and friendly when I came into the office.
These people are just idiots. I called because the gauge never changes from 40%. It never moves so I called and asked someone to come check the gauge because it should be different even it’s 1% change after 3 months. What does Parker do, they say their filled it with 71 gallons of propane for $270 and guess what the gauge is still reading 40%. So you don’t do what I ask you to do and then charge me for something else. I swear if there was any other company I could switch to I would fire these incompetent people. I just want ... read more
