Was not acknowledged, on the phone and window closed. Two others just chatting in the office area. The shope is old and could use some cleaning up to be more professional. Smaller place so no real intake person so somewhat confused as to the procedure. No smiles. Work was done I guess handed the slip, paid and out the door. Inspection paper was on my dash so looked at it. Not sure if all fluids were checked and filled? Guess basic oil change period.
