The service manager Todd has to brush up on his communication and service skills, at time unprofessional . Of all my service experience he has had an attitude with me like I'm bothering him. I feel I should go back to Fords in Lake Havasu City for service, more professional. I just figured since I live in Parker, I would have the same experience with Todd, but I do not. Don't know if he's prejudice or what but that's what I feel like.
