Great service with professionalism. The staff went out of their way to take care of my oil change and rewired my license plate light so it would work again, and they did it with out charging me for that extra work. I purchased my vehicle at Parker Motors in February and I went for my first oil change and an update for a recall. My vehicle went right into service and was done within 90 minutes. The staff were all friendly and made me feel welcome. Every aspect of Parker Motors is why I drove (2) hours from Yuma instead of using our local dealership. Thank you to Dan & your wonderful team!
Todd and the whole crew were outstanding. My service was the 100K service, and a vibration at the front end that was concerning. Early on they determined I had a motor mount issue, notified me for approval and ended up finishing up the job before closing. I was kept informed on the progress throughout the day. The vehicle is great now, smooth ride and great gas mileage. Please extend my appreciation to all the Ford technicians who worked on my vehicle.
