Pls stay away from this practice , they are a rip off.. I visited them in January and I was very clear I do not want any surprises and do not do any procedure which my insurance won’t cover . All I needed was a cleaning . They wanted to do a X-ray and I did not even know they were going to perform some perio scaling which I was not eligible at the time of service through my insurance . Every visit had to be followed by second visit due to issues with kids braces. We received a bill for $2k which turned out to be a mistake. They went thru new management which should work with livestock and definitely not kids. Switched to Summit Orthodontist few months ago and have no issues whatsoever.
I'm usually hesitant to post reviews but I'm doing so to hopefully save someone headache and money. This office used to be decent a few years ago, but has seriously turned into a money hungry sales shop. They find all kinds of things devastatingly wrong, tell you about all the horrors in your mouth, and present you with a several thousand dollar treatment plan. 2nd and 3rd opinion later....I have a cavity. As always, Dr. Collins is the best! While being very professional, he is also concerned about each individuals personal issue.
I used to love this practice. Kendra was a doll. I was just treated horribly by the new management. She actually held my referral up in one hand and said you can shut up and get the referral or complain and walk away empty handed! Unprofessional and unbelievable! When I called to complain, the manager said my call wasn’t welcome and hung up. Horrible.
I had the best teeth cleaning by Osmond this week. I usually dread going to the dentist but Osmond was so friendly and helpful that it made my visit quite pleasant. The front office staff also make billing and scheduling a breeze.
