Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this ENT Otolaryngologist offer you a possible remedy for your condition during your first visit? Yes, I was so relieved Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results? Yes, they were very promt Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
