I recently heard a dripping sound which was coming from the fan over my kitchen stove after a heavy rainfall. I called Parker Johnson on a Friday and spoke to Wanda. She arranged a service call for Monday, told me who was coming, and what the cost would be. I soon got a call from Terry who said that he could come that day if that would work for me. Everyone knows of the great reputation of Parker Johnston. What most people do not realize is their pricing value. Perhaps a slightly small cost over some other roofers; however for this comes guaranteed experienced, professional, courteous crew - the small extra sum was worth it. I knew I had chosen the right roofing company when Bryan, the estimator came. He had a lot more experience than the other company estimators. Our new roof was installed by Parker Johnston. Not only did they give us complete confidence at the time of installation, their envelope specialist has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable anytime I've needed to work on our venting or to have the roof inspected. Highly recommend this company.

Very poor customer service. The new roof assessment went well. Then we could not get them to commit to a time to do the job. Then they dropped off the material but could not commit to a time when the work would commence. When we contacted them to schedule the actual work dates, they did not respond or played dumb. Eventually, we had enough. We called them up and told them to pick up the material and cancel the work order. Very stressful time and total lack of respect for the customer. Over the past few YEARS, I have consistantly had terrible interactions with the employees of this company. From straight-up reckless and dangerous driving, to blatant taunting and screaming of profanities while I was stuck broken down on the side of the road. I haven't had a single positive interaction with anyone from this company so far. Given the other reviews, I am obviously not alone in this experience. My business will be going elsewhere and I will not be recommending this company to others.
