Don’t go to this place. They neglect the patients, they are deceptive, manipulative, and careless. They are extremely understaffed and have 2 aides for a floor of 54 patients. When you call for help they don’t come or respond for at-least 40 minutes, they refused my aunt water when she has no restrictions on her water intake, and she cannot walk and needs help using the bathroom and was ignored when requesting help. I am writing this review to warn others based on my mother’s experience at this nursing home prior to her death. The level of care was deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unsafe. My mother was a loved and engaged person. She had many visitors, strong family support, and a clear goal: to regain strength, become ambulatory again, and return home. Dont send your loved ones here unless you want them to be miserable and die sooner. My family experience here was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. Patients are not medication on time, meals are delayed, and basic care is routinely ignored. In my mothers case, she could not reach a staff member or nurse for over 2 hours to help her use the bathroom and was left hours more left sitting in her soiled diaper. "AVOID THIS FACILITY. My family experienced appalling neglect here. Patients are not medicated on time, and basic needs are ignored. My mother was left calling for help for two hours and remained in a soiled diaper for hours after that. There is zero compassion or accountability from the staff. Choosing this home is a risk to your loved one's life and dignity."
