My mom Katina had a wonderful experience at Parker Jewish rehab center Following her hip surgery. I couldn't have asked for better nurses and staff on the third floor. They helped her so much, they were so kind to her, including the nurses the staff and the social workers. I visited practically every day and I have seen how hard they all work! My Aunt has been in Parker 3 different times. Each time, she received the best care. The staff who are probably overworked and underpaid are always happy, friendly, and compassionate. I cannot thank the staff on the third floor enough. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. She was in 344B and 352A for this past stay. The PTs were also fabulous. Thank you for your care and kindness.

As a small business owner, I was disappointed with my experience working with this hospital. The work was completed as agreed, and payment was due at the time of service, but it was received 32 days past the due date after multiple follow-ups. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I often struggled to get responses or updates from the appropriate departments. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Parker Jewish Institute for inpatient rehabilitation and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect by every member of the staff. My therapists Andy (PT) and Paljor (OT) were knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely invested in my recovery.
