The first day my father checked into rehab here he died. Literally send your loved ones anywhere else.
Beautiful on the outside but on the inside they do not care. The first day when touring is always promising then forget it. Unfortunately all rehab centers/nursing homes are this way across nyc.
Room440 My mom was transferred from LIJ to this facility on 8/8 Saturday- there was a slight misunderstanding with a staff member -the night of the transfer - Mr. Kane Grossman was involved and he QUICKLY resolved the issue- relayed issue with Bernadine on 8/9-who proposed a “ team meeting” My mom is now COMPLETELY relaxed and reports that the staff are stellar.
