Room440 My mom was transferred from LIJ to this facility on 8/8 Saturday- there was a slight misunderstanding with a staff member -the night of the transfer - Mr. Kane Grossman was involved and he QUICKLY resolved the issue- relayed issue with Bernadine on 8/9-who proposed a “ team meeting” My mom is now COMPLETELY relaxed and reports that the staff are stellar. My mother in law has been here for almost 2 years. We often visit her and everyone is always very helpful.

This was a horrible place. Almost cause my mother, her life. They also stole the clothes I purchased Which she never wore and was new, they also stole a charger and a power cord. When I went to pick up the boxes, they had three big boxes, but none of the expensive clothes was in the boxes. I guess they thought it was a good opportunity to take it since they knew my mother was not gonna return. Upper management needs to look at this further. I would give zero star if it was possible. My mom Katina had a wonderful experience at Parker Jewish rehab center Following her hip surgery. I couldn't have asked for better nurses and staff on the third floor. They helped her so much, they were so kind to her, including the nurses the staff and the social workers. I visited practically every day and I have seen how hard they all work! They were extremely helpful. In addition, The rehab facility was very effective to get my mom to walk again following her surgery and I thank them so much for that. They went above and... read more
