They used to be really full of flavor. I miss the flavor from back in the day. They definitely don't taste the same way
Parker House needs to grow large enough to have plants all over America
Because when I bought something from off of State Street don't want the real Parker House sausage give me some generic sausage
Ain’t nothing like Chicago- Larker House Hot meat ( Hog head cheese) and sausage. It like Christmas when we buy it. I always find away to save and get me some at least- once a year - that’s my gift to myself and of course I share with folks.
