Ain’t nothing like Chicago- Larker House Hot meat ( Hog head cheese) and sausage. It like Christmas when we buy it. I always find away to save and get me some at least- once a year - that’s my gift to myself and of course I share with folks.

Best sausage's ever
No idea who made them consider changing or simply removing the ORIGINAL spicy smoked sausage.. The dry one's.. The original ones are what put you on the map in the midwest.. They were guilty pleasures for cook outs, after school snacks, and definitely the main dish for weekend breakfast!! These new one's are more geared toasts Towards the gentrification community..
