Female receptionist not friendly
We've had trouble getting them to pay our utility bills reliably, even after working with them to address the problem these past 2 years. Sometimes they're helpful with references, and sometimes they're not. In any event, they charge a great deal, so we'll be making a switch.
They are very prompt in addressing requests; especially the current management.
