I came home to no heat late Thanksgiving night with outside temperatures in the 30’s. Even though Jacob was out of town for the holiday, he answered my call and was able to get me in touch with another technician who could come out early the next morning. The technician he got me in touch with was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone to see if we could get the furnace working until he could come. This company is amazing! Jake showed up same day and had my air conditioner's problem diagnosed, repaired and up and running in less then an hour! His rates were very reasonable and affordable! He was PROFESSIONAL and VERY thorough explaining things as he went along! Highly Recommended! 5 STARS!

We recently had a routine maintenance check on our AC unit with Parker heating and cooling- Jake was up front and said our unit was older and gave us options to repair or replace. Sent over the replacement costs and then we got a second and a third estimate. Jake’s cost was the best and his attitude was also the best. He showed up when he said he would with a team of one other person and got the job done well. Even stopping back later when the temps went back above 70 degrees to check our unit again to ensure the refrigerant... read more
