I needed a new hot water heater and chose Parker Heating, Air and Plumbing. Walter was my installer for my Rinnai Tankless (20% more efficient than the 6-8 yr low-nox electric HW tank required by Colorado), and good for 20 years. Walter was my installer, and was fantastic - he cleaned as he went, ran beautiful gas and water lines, and the gas and water shutoff and switchover were painless, as was the removal of my old hot water tank. Showed up on time, fixed only what needed to be done and gave me a quote for something I need to get done eventually. What more could you ask for?
