My Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifier stopped working so I called Parker Heating and Air. Nathan arrived and quickly traced the problem to a disconnected wire at the furnace that ran to the humidifier controller. At this point. The repair job went from routine to outstanding. Nathan suggested adding pigtails to the wires at each terminal screw to prevent future problems. He also discovered the water valve solenoid was not working properly and corrected it. Yes! 5 Star: Just had my 2002 Carrier Furnace Unit (Originally Installed) replaced. I had it inspected and a crack was found in the heat exchanger and the inducer fan was going bad. Researching some, it is hard to find anyone these days who'd replace a heat exchanger alone. However, after getting quotes from two other entities, I felt Parker Heating and Air gave a very reasonable quote and a Trane always upgrades from Carrier. Walter showed up in a timely manner and traced downa small and difficult to locate gas leak in our secondary heating system. Very professional effective and personable. We are very grateful.
