I reached out to the woman, but she did not return my phone calls. If she is currently unresponsive to my calls, it is improbable that she will respond while living there. What is the issue with customers today? You advertise that you have a place available, yet I receive no response. I am no longer interested. I have no eviction history, no criminal record, an excellent rental history, and a good credit score.
I called Friday and the guy who answered told me He was in training and didn’t know what they had available. Told me to call back Tuesday. I called back today and someone answered the phone I guess to get it to stop ringing while they continued to have their conversation. Then hung up on me and never said nothing. If this how you do business and good.
Their phone doesn’t even ring, and the voicemail box is full. I haven’t been able to contact anyone AT ALL.
I have been trying and trying to get ahold of someone because I would like to put in an application but no one ever answers! On your website it says to hit the apply button but there isn’t one or to contact management and still nothing !
I’ve lived here since march of this year there just getting lady in office but she up n left yesterday said to much on her plate they need more than one person in office she didn’t return the next day so my sisters had an appointment Tuesday @ 2pm on Tuesday went there at 2 no one in office all are not professional at all they paid there application fee so what r they suppose to do now nobody answers there for ever since I’ve moved in here ive ask for them to email me so I can pay my rent online no one has can’t talk to anyo... read more
