I have heard nothing but amazing things about Dr. Parker so I was very excited to make an appt to set up primary care with her. I arrived for my 3pm appt at 2:50pm and the receptionist said "You were supposed to be here 30 mins before your appt" I told her I was very sorry and I had rushed there right after work but I would fill out my paperwork quickly. Absolutely horrible staff...they were rude and disrespectful. The nurse yelled at me and told me to find another provider, because I expressed that I was displeased with their service. I asked to speak to the owner regarding these issues and she never returned my calls.
I've been seeing Gay Parker for probably 10 years and she is the one of the best. She's in it because she cares and wants to help people and you can tell. The office staff is friendly and wonderful. 10/10. Will return. A lot. Its allergy season. I'm just.... going to go.... make an appointment.....
