RecommendedAmazing!! Dr. Parker and her staff were all amazing. This was the first time my boys have ever had an eye exam and they loved everyone in the office. She listened to everything I had to say for them and for myself as well. She explained everything in great detail. We will definitely be back!! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
Dr. Parker and & her staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! Took @gettwinvolved to get their annual eye exams. This practice was highly recommended and we cannot sing it's praises anymore. Dr. Parker answered all our questions and was very patient with us!
I had a pleasant exam, seemed like they cared, but now I will no longer be going back to this eye doctor. A few months after my initial exam, I went in to ask if they could split my prescription so that I could have reading glasses and regular glasses and I wanted my PD measured. Hands down, the best experience with an eye doctor I have had. Staff was friendly and personable. Dr. Haley was informative and professional. For someone who was extremely uneasy about seeing this type of doctor (due to negative experiences elsewhere), each staff member I encountered was encouraging and kind. I feel like Dr. Haley is doing all she can to help correct my current vision issues. Great place!
I called for an appointment, would have been a new patient, to be seen for red, watery eyes. I was put on hold. Was asked what insurance I have & told because it was a ‘medical’ appointment I would have to wait until all their scheduled appointments were seen. (?) I asked if they had any appointment times and was told no. I asked if they had any tomorrow (she hesitated like she was deferring to someone else in the room) and was told they were booked then as well. Dr Parker and her staff are amazing! I felt like I had know Dr Parker forever yet it was my first visit. Her staff were very knowledgeable of all services that Dr Parker had and were so friendly.
Dr Parker is amazing! She has a great personality, and ensured we had a great understanding of everything. We were seen quickly, and the customer service was excellent. The office was clean, and I noticed very good infection control practices. Definitely will continue coming to this office.
