We have never been happier! Parker Development did an incredible job with a complete remodel and addition to our cabin. They were always responsive, always on time and always showed up and listened if we wanted anything changed or for any questions we had. We would highly recommend David and Parker Development for any new construction or remodel projects, they made everything easy and we love our new and improved cabin!
We had Parker Development build our 4500 square foot custom home in the White Mountains- it turned out more beautiful than expected! David and his team were exceptional- very responsive in communication and had an incredible team behind him. He is meticulous and paid very close attention to details. We even came in on budget! I would highly recommend Parker Development to anyone.
I had to have my garage torn down and rebuilt. The quote was fair, communication was great, and I loved the garage when it was done. I was so happy with his work, I had him put in new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and decking. I'm thrilled with my new cabin. I highly recommend David.
I really enjoyed working with David on the construction of our home in Heber in 2021-22. While the pandemic impacted the construction process significantly, David was always on top of things to keep the build moving forward. The final product is a beautiful, very well-built and comfortable home. I highly recommend David and Parker Development.
Dave was pretty much the "co-general contractor" for a metal garage I had built. I hired a general contractor out of Tucson for the project and Dave ended up doing a large portion of the work. Dave was very reliable and his work was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions or problems that came up. I called him after that project was done for a few repairs that were unrelated to the garage. He took care of those quickly too. I will definitely call him for future projects.
