I’m disappointed with my family’s recent experience at Dr. Parker’s office. My uninsured son was charged $219 for a cleaning and X-rays. I explained that my family and I have been patients here and asked whether a self-pay discount was available, but the office declined. I understand dental care has a cost, but I had hoped for some flexibility for an uninsured patient, especially given our family’s history with the practice. The response left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated as a patient.
It was a very good experience. We both appreciate all of you folks. You where very professional and we were both comfortable throughout the conversation.

Everyone was friendly, even thought they were a little behind. They kept everyone informed & updated, especially my Hygienist, Kaylan. She went above & beyond to answer & explain my questions & make me comfortable. Thank you, Kaylan!
