I used Molly Van Cappelle on the Parker team to sell and buy. I would highly recommend. the list cost is discounted to 1% but you still get amazing service! you feel like you have the whole team behind you. Great pictures and video were done as well as several open houses to ensure the house was sold. Molly was great with the negotiations on both sides. She was also very patient with us when looking for our new place. Happy to say we are in our forever home now!
We recently sold our home in Innisfil, and purchased our retirement home in Bancroft. We chose the Parker Coulter team, and what a great decision that was! Clinton Kingsbury was our realtor, honestly could not have had a better person helping. We would recommend this team every time. Thanks so much to Clinton...he is the best!
We recently sold our home, and purchased our retirement property with the Parker Coulter team. We are so thankful that Clinton Kingsbury was our agent. We experienced some unusual difficulties during the process. Clinton was so calm and helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend Clinton for all your real estate needs!
We would highly recommend Parker Coulter Real Estate as a company to assist in selling your condo. The initial contact was informative and shortly afterwards we had a call from an agent, Clinton Kingbury, to start the process. Contacting the office was very easy either by phone or email. Keep them in mind when buying or selling.
I have to say Clinton Kingsbury is the most wonderful Realtor. We had a very unusual series of events during our purchase and our sale. Clinton was always so helpful and calm, always available to help. I would highly recommend having Clinton work with you. Much thanks Clinton, you are the best!
