After a long road trip and horrible hotel beds, my lower back got really angry! So, I went to Parker Chiropractic and Wellness this past week with the most horrible lower back pain that you could imagine. When I went in, I was in so much pain that just the simple act of walking was almost more pain than I could endure. I just wanted to cry.
