I arrived at Parker Cadillac at 9:17 am for appt at 9:30 am. I was there until 1156am. This was for a simple oil change. This would have not been as noticeable to me, if I had not overheard a conversation between a customer and an employee in the service department who was there for an oil change as well. How do I know I asked the other customer after the employee left. The customer told the employee he needed to be out in 30 mins because he had an appt across town.
