I left my car for repair of cosmetic damage from a tornado. They disassembled the car, then two weeks later tried to get my insurance to pay for unrelated damage. when the insurance rightfully said no, they held my car hostage until I paid them $1100.00 to put it back together. They took 9 weeks to get me my car back. There was no reason to disassemble the car to "discover " the extra damage. They did it to hold the car. I purchased from Parker and still getting the shaft!! Evidently they lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone! Appointment was one week out although I told them warning light said car could become undriveable. Car less than 34k miles, became undriveable next day. Was towed on a Tuesday to Parker. Called to let them know the battery would have to be unhooked or would kill it because electronics would not shut off. They didn’t even know the car was there … See more
The service department does nothing to “service” anyone. It took them two weeks to work on our car only to tell us a part was discontinued and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t try to help us locate a part or anything. And get this - we were charged $350 for a diagnostic! They acted like they didn’t even care. It was truly disheartening.
