I reached out to Brad and his team for a bathroom renovation and a few smaller upgrades throughout the house. I have been beyond happy with the whole process. We had a preliminary on-site visit to go over our ensuite shower remodel. We received a reasonable quote for the work and all appeared fine. After some refinement of the design we set up a followup call on a Friday to go over the changes and obtain a revised quote. After waiting for over an hour for Brad to call we gave up. Nobody called, emailed, or texted us before during or after the scheduled call time. Attempts to phone them only got voicemail. We choose Parker Bradley for our kitchen renovations. They did an amazing job, nice staff, clean work area, and the finished product is amazing. The tile work on our backsplash is absolutely perfect! Very happy with the work, will hire them again and fully recommend!
We've hired them for two small jobs so far, and have been very happy both times: they were able to come within days, fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price, and know what they are doing.
