I reached out to Brad and his team for a bathroom renovation and a few smaller upgrades throughout the house. I have been beyond happy with the whole process. Brad listened to all my design ideas, worked with me through my minor indecisions and changes and came in on time, on budget and top quality work. We had a preliminary on-site visit to go over our ensuite shower remodel. We received a reasonable quote for the work and all appeared fine. After some refinement of the design we set up a followup call on a Friday to go over the changes and obtain a revised quote. After waiting for over an hour for Brad to call we gave up.
