I had a limb break on my enforcer cross bow, they stood behind it and within a 5 day turn around almost 6 months after I reported the problem as it was the end of season in 2012.

Amazing customer service! Bought a crossbow and haven't been able to find a cocking string for it. Called Parker and they really helped me out. Didn't have to talk to an automatic message or anything. I'm very impressed and will be pushing all Parker products from here on out. They care about the customer and I appreciate that. Thank you!

When I got into bow hunting 12 years ago I was skeptical about spending hundreds of dollars to get setup, a friend suggested I look at the Parker Buck Hunter package $300 ready to hunt. Well here we are 12 years later and I'm still killing deer!! I love this bow, total quality!!!

Parker Bow does not stand behind their products my son bought a bow and went to pull it back and the string broke they sent him a new one but told him he was on his own to get it put on if a dealer wanted to charge to put it on they had control over that well the dealer in the area dropped them to much trouble to deal with he said so he has a bow he can't use
