Please read this review before you shop at this store! I tried to make an exchange for a ponytail for a different shade of haircolor that I had just bought the day before and the mgmt refused to make the exchange. The store rules are on a sign that is hanging from the ceiling and not noticeable to the average shopper not looking up at the ceiling. I called to inquire about pricing and specials on Remi hair. The gentlemen who answer the phone was very impatient. I was trying to explain that I was looking for a different styles and different colors, but he kept cutting me off, stating the price was $59.99 buy one get one free. After being interrupted three times, I explained to him that he was not understanding my request. He then stated, "Yea, I need to use the phone."
